Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients
4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
1 to 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced, optional
2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion, optional
Instructions
Slice the cucumbers thin.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, dill, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Add cucumbers and onion, then toss until well coated.
Chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
Tips
Salt the cucumbers first and let them sit 10 minutes, then pat dry for a less watery salad.
Add more dill for a stronger herb flavor.
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter version.

Mix:
2 cucumbers
