Sugar-free, flour-free, gluten-free
Ingredients
4 ripe bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
1 cup (100 g) oats
Optional add-ins
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Chopped nuts
Raisins or dark chocolate chips if you use them
Instructions
Mash the bananas well.
Add the egg and milk, then mix until smooth.
Stir in the oats. Add cinnamon or nuts if desired.
Divide the batter into 4 lightly greased mugs or cups.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for about 20–25 minutes, until set and golden on top.
Let them cool slightly, then serve.
Notes
Use certified gluten-free oats if you need it strictly gluten-free.
The riper the bananas, the sweeter it tastes without any added sugar.
You can blend the oats first for a smoother texture.
