Zero-Carb Cheesy Egg Bread (No Flour)

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs 🥚
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or sesame seeds

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Blend ingredients
    • In a bowl or blender mix:
      • eggs
      • cream cheese
      • mozzarella
      • baking powder
      • salt
    • Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour batter
    • Pour mixture onto the lined tray or into small muffin molds.
  4. Bake
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and set.
  5. Cool slightly & enjoy
    • Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
