- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or sesame seeds
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
- Blend ingredients
- In a bowl or blender mix:
- eggs
- cream cheese
- mozzarella
- baking powder
- salt
- Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl or blender mix:
- Pour batter
- Pour mixture onto the lined tray or into small muffin molds.
- Bake
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool slightly & enjoy
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
