Purpose
Helps warm the feet, stimulate blood flow, reduce coldness, and relax tired legs.
Ingredients
1 basin of warm water (not hot)
2 tablespoons Epsom salt or sea salt
1 tablespoon ground ginger or 5–7 slices fresh ginger
5–10 drops rosemary essential oil (or eucalyptus)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional, but helpful)
Preparation & Use
Fill a basin with warm water (comfortable for your feet).
Add the salt and stir until dissolved.
Add ginger and apple cider vinegar.
Add essential oil last and mix gently.
Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.
Dry feet well and massage upward (from feet toward calves).
Best Time
Evening or before bed
Use 3–4 times per week
