Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add yogurt and olive oil, then mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead lightly for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Divide into small balls and flatten into round breads.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and puffed.
Brush with butter if desired and serve warm.
