Instructions
Prep the cauliflower
Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-size florets.
Set up coating bowls
Put flour in one bowl.
Beat eggs in a second bowl.
In a third bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Bread the cauliflower
Dip each floret in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture. Press lightly so the coating sticks well.
Preheat air fryer
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Air fry
Lightly spray the basket and the cauliflower pieces with cooking spray.
Arrange in a single layer.
Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Make the dip
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with the dipping sauce.
Tips
For extra crispiness, spray the tops lightly before air frying.
Don’t overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed.
