Ingredients
1 block feta cheese
2–3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup olives
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Black pepper, to taste
Optional
A few cherry tomatoes
Fresh thyme or basil
A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F / 190°C.
Place the feta block in a small baking dish.
Scatter the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic around and over the feta.
Sprinkle with oregano, chili flakes, parsley, and black pepper.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until warm and slightly softened.
For a more golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Serve warm.
